HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ONE OR MORE ITEMS ?
We hope you will be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the items within 30 days.
We will only refund or exchange products in their original, undamaged packaging, accompanied by all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a 5.95 euro return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
First send an email to contact@coudrecoudre.com with the relevant product code(s) to request the return (the product codes are indicated in the order confirmation e-mail you received), and we will send you a confirmation email ;
Any parcel returned after the prescribed deadline will be refused and returned to the sender. No packages returned for cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the parcel. Packages for which it is not possible to identify the customer (surname, first name, address) will be refused.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will inform you whether or not your return has been accepted. This procedure may take up to 30 working days from the date of dispatch of your return.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your bank account due to the variable processing times of financial institutions.
