Refund policy

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONE OR MORE ITEMS?
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items within 30
days.
We only refund and exchange products that are in their original, undamaged packaging, accompanied by all their accessories
and
a copy of the purchase invoice.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee of 5.95 euros, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for the
original order are non-refundable.
First, send an email to contact@coudrecoudre.com with the relevant product code(s) to request a return (product codes are listed in
the order confirmation email you received), and we will send you a confirmation email;
Any package returned after the specified deadline will be refused and returned to the sender. No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted, regardless
of the
reason.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the package. Packages for which the customer’s identification (last name, first name,
address) cannot be verified will be refused.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. This process may take up
to 30 business days
from the date your return was shipped.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take
up
to 7–10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times at financial institutions.
